SMART Finance was created in 1997 by individual shareholders, all having extensive experience in the financial sector, to have worked in well-known financial institutions.

The team of SMART Finance is made up of financial experts and analysts who have a thorough knowledge of Tunisia’s national economy in general and the corporate sector in particular and an extensive mastery of the local capital market mechanisms.

SMART Finance intervened in a number of missions on behalf of either private companies or the Tunisian government or public institutions. Thus, it conducted some of the most important evaluation missions as part of the privatization program and advised issuers and investors for their intervention on the stock market.
